I have two Web 2.0 sites for sale at the moment. I am asking $100 for each and, of course, I'll help you change the "money links" to YOUR "links" free of charge.

Noise Reduction Headphone
This site is about a month old that I haven't done a lot with. It is monetized with Amazon and Adsense. It has 100% unique content (I don't use PLR or copy/paste articles for my sites) and I'll hand over the signed "model consent" forms upon sale. This site has been lens rolled, bookmarked, indexed with over 200+ search engines, and has a few articles already published linking to it. It has active RSS feeds linked and I've already started getting back links to it.
There are 9900 Google searches for this keyword (noise reduction headphone) and only 6410 in competition. This is a GREAT keyword to have as it is beautifully placed search wise to make someone some very nice income. $100 is a very good price for this site.
Then I have another Squidoo lens for sale:
Pelican Paddleboat
This site is already on the FIRST PAGE OF GOOGLE in the #8 spot! AND it has an article on PAGE TWO OF GOOGLE pointing to this site also!

Welcome to Affordable Websites!
This blog comes about because in the course of me looking for places to sell my own blogs/sites/lenses, I came across so many roadblocks that they gave me heartburn.
Yes, I know everyone is in it to make money, but, goodness, to charge someone so much so they can sell something that took time and experience to build just burns me!
Yes, I looked at Flippa and Sitepoint and Buy/SellWebsites, and they all want YOUR MONEY BEFORE YOU EVEN SELL YOUR SITE!
$19 for Flippa and that's NOT selling your site in a prime spot to sell quickly, that's just to get your site listed on theirs! Then there is a commission fee and it's based on how much you sell your site for. The more you sell your site for, the more they get. Which I understand, I really do, but when you are trying to make money, you really need to save as much of it as you can while you are trying to make it, right?
So, here's the deal. I'd like to start a site where the site YOU are trying to sell only costs you $5 to place on this site! Yes, only $5! No commission, no "premium" upsell, no nothing more than a measly $5 to list your site.
Now this blog is new, so there is no page rank on it yet, but I plan on rectifying that soon and I'll be building up links and page rank so this site WILL be on the first page of Google within the next month or two. I'll be working very hard to make that happen.
So, bear with me and don't forget that all you have to pay to list YOUR site (the site you want someone to buy) will be $5! That's it.
So, tell your friends about this site (after all, the more traffic we can get here, the easier it will be for all of us to sell our sites) and think about using Affordable Websites an a cost effective alternative to listing your site on those expensive sites.
